Nancy is a highly-accomplished strategy and organization development professional with 30 years of national and international development management experience in the development sector. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership and management – developing and executing development strategies, policies, and programs; training and facilitating strategic thinking and planning processes, transformation and change management; strengthening leadership and governance structures, restructuring organizations; development of systems for effective delivery, performance tracking of programs and promoting replication of best practices.
