We provide Organizational Development services to the Public, Private, and Not for Profit Organizations.

Overview

Our clients are based all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment and support clients globally virtually and in-person and use Nairobi as our hub.

S-Saba is derived from the Mckinsey’s Seven S framework that focuses on both the “Hard” and “Soft” side of the organization/business. 

The institution is led by Mrs. Mary Njenga Murimi who has over 20 years in OD consulting and Executive Coaching and a wealth of experience in the three sectors; public, private and not for profit. We have a team of very experienced team of staff, consultants and coaches in our team.

Mary Njenga Murimi

Mary has over 29 years of work experience in the development sector with competencies in organizational change processes, process facilitation, coaching and mentoring, training, organizational culture change, organization assessments, board development, strategy development, staff assessments and recruitment, partnership development, gender and development, staff appraisals and systemic team coaching and development processes, among others.  

Lara Rabala

Lara has over 20 years of experience in management & leadership development, program and project management training & facilitation, organizational strengthening, culture change, facilitated dialogues, strategic planning, corporate governance, executive/systemic team coaching, and executive searches.

Dr. Paul Kamaku

Dr. Kamaku has over 18 years of experience in governance and devolution in areas of public finance management, policy development, organizational development, integrated development planning, performance contracting, capacity assessment, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation in Public Institutions (both National and County Governments), Commercial Enterprises and Not-for-Profit.

Dan Ogola

Dan Ochieng has over 25 years of experience working with local international NGOs and as a consultant. He provides technical consulting services to local and international organizations in health, education, and food security sectors on matters of policy review and development, institutional development & management, program design & management, leadership, research, and evaluation.

Benson Irungu

Benson has areas of expertise in executive coaching & mentoring, leadership development, psychometric assessments & feedback, and 360° assessments & feedback. His style of coaching is relationship-centered, based on the principle that change is constant. Benson’s coaching experience spans Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi and Sudan & South Africa and focuses mainly on people at the senior level.

Irene Kathini

Irene has over 20 years of experience in the private sector, her areas of expertise are strategy formulation, change management, Human Resources Management, recruitment, performance management, talent acquisition & onboarding, reward & benefits administration, capacity building, and financial management.

Nancy Thuo

Nancy has 30 years of national and international development management experience in the development sector. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership and management - developing and executing development strategies, policies, and programs; training and facilitating strategic thinking and planning processes, transformation and change management; strengthening leadership and governance structures, restructuring organizations; development of systems for effective delivery, performance tracking of programs and promoting replication of best practices.

Mary Wambui Njuguna

Wambui is a development professional with demonstrated expertise in the management of development programs, providing technical assistance and capacity building of actors and project teams. Wambui is an accredited coach and she specializes in individual and team coaching, strengthening leadership and systems transformative change processes for not-for-profit organizations and enterprises.
