The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

When you have goals to attain, facing challenges or do not know where/ how to start; partner with a coach who will support you to define your coaching goals and objectives, direction to reach your full potential for personal and professional fulfillment. Most importantly, a coach will help define who you are and what you need to do to achieve the goal/objectives that you have planned for yourself and your organization.

We blend Executive and leadership coaching with the individual needs. The leader has life potential and challenges that could positively and negatively affect their performance. Since coaching focuses on individual and improve performance, the different types of coaching ultimately amalgamate into one to help the individual become better. We don’t coach problems, we coach the individual so that they can solve the problem. We focus on the who so that they can effectively focus on the what.

Our charges are based on the client’s needs. We propose a minimum of 8 sessions and a maximum of 12 sessions. Once the coaching sessions are undertaken, an assessment of the coachee’s progress is done.

Our coaching services cover a wide spectrum of clients; board of directors, Chief Executive Officers, senior leadership and management team members, teams and groups. We work with organizations across all sectors; private sector, not for profit sector and the public sector including the educational sector.

A Psychometric assessment is a scientific assessment that is administered to individuals to determine their leadership strengths, potential derailers and values. These tests assess individual strengths and potential, values and the likely derailers that may affect their performance.

We offer coaching services to school boards and management of school and systemic team coaching for academic and non-academic staff. This increases alignment to the institutions vision, mission and values. We facilitate strategic planning processes for schools.

We offer tailor made training programs in several areas. These programs are; Transformational leadership and management, Conflict management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Culture Change, Organization Development, Change Processes, Public Sector Governance, Board and Corporate Governance and leading in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment. We provide recruitment services for senior, middle level managers and boards. Our comprehensive competency based assessments and psychometric assessments have had 100% success rate in our recruitment processes. Our recruitment services include advertisement, long-list and short lists, competency based assessments, psychometric assessments and onboarding. We offer coaching services to newly recruited staff to get them up-to speed with their new jobs.

During the coaching process, clients may present challenges that can only be handled by a counselling psychologist. We refer clients who may need counselling services to professional counsellors.
