Irene holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a BA in Commerce from the University of Nairobi.

She is an accredited Executive Coach and a Hogan Assessment Feedback Coach and a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) Kenya.

With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, her areas of expertise are strategy formulation, change management, Human Resources Management, recruitment, performance management, talent acquisition & onboarding, reward & benefits administration, capacity building, and financial management.

 Irene works with S-Saba Consultants Africa as a Lead Consultant in Human in the area of Human Capital Development, recruitment, induction and onboarding, executive coaching, strategy formulation, and leadership development assignments.
