Benson holds a Masters of Arts in International Leadership from Nairobi International School of Theology, Msc Procurement & Logistics, from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology, and a BA in Sociology, from the University of Nairobi.

His areas of expertise are executive coaching & mentoring, leadership development, psychometric assessments & feedback, and 360° assessments & feedback. His style of coaching is relationship-centered, based on the principle that change is constant. Benson’s coaching experience spans Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi and Sudan & South Africa and focuses mainly on people at the senior level.
