She has over 20 years of experience in management & leadership development, program and project management training & facilitation, organizational strengthening, culture change, facilitated dialogues, strategic planning, corporate governance, executive/systemic team coaching, and executive searches.

Her strengths in Leadership and Management have been honed by a variety of experiences managing teams and providing mentorship and coaching support to over 300 upcoming and seasoned leaders and their teams locally and abroad.
